How to use manual stretch film without a mandrel?
- Pallet preparation: Before you start packing, make sure the pallet is properly prepared and the products to be packed are stably arranged.
- Unwind the film: Use the provided coreless stretch film unwinder to make the process easier.
- Start wrapping: hold the film by the end and tie it over the pallet foot.
- Wrap the film around the pallet: Start wrapping the film around the pallet, making sure to completely cover the products. Make sure the film is taut for optimal support.
- Attach the film: Once you have covered the entire pallet, attach the film by pulling it down slightly and taping it onto itself. The sticky internal face of the film will ensure a solid fixation.
- Cut the film: Use a cutter or similar tool to cleanly cut the film from the roll.
- Inspect the packaging: make sure the film is properly tensioned and secured, and that the products on the pallet are secure.
- Transport and storage: You can now move the pallet safely. The resilient, resilient film will hold products in place during transportation and storage.
